About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a list of potential clients from the initial contact stage to converting them into paying customers.

  • Building a comprehensive database of potential clients and target customers, ensuring all contact details are accurately recorded.

  • Becoming proficient in our clients' products, tools, and overall value proposition through internal training and support.

  • Conducting product demonstrations online, covering both technical and non-technical aspects to potential clients.

  • Identifying new business opportunities, such as partnerships and channel development.

  • Directly engaging with decision-makers within marketing agencies and medium-sized businesses.

  • Conducting thorough market research to identify high-quality leads and key industry players.

  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, activities, and sales pipelines using CRM tools like Pipedrive.

  • Achieving and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) as agreed with the Business Head.

Skills Required:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales.

  • Strong research, planning, and organizational abilities.
