Are you ready for an exciting opportunity as an Application Support Engineer? We're on the lookout for a candidate with solid skills in SQL, along with a knack for customer support and Windows servers.
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for customers, providing support 24*7 and addressing their queries about our product.
Resolve issues with customer application software, ensuring follow-ups until resolution.
Analyze reported issues and contribute to our reporting system for efficient tracking.
Collaborate closely with the support team to resolve issues promptly, emphasizing root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
Stay updated on technical skills and product knowledge through self-learning and internal training to maintain high customer satisfaction and product quality.
Experience in ERP applications and structures, able to address customer queries related to our product.
Manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Dynamic IT professionals with experience in Application Support and Technical Support.
Capable of addressing customer queries promptly.
Strong observation and analytical skills to tackle issues effectively.
Ability to handle multiple client queries with courtesy, even under pressure.
Key Requirements / Skills:
Application Support / Technical Support experience.
Knowledge of IIS Administration and Windows 2003.
Proficiency in SQL Server Database Management, Query Execution, Administrative Tasks, and Server Management / IIS.
Candidates with a programming (development) background are preferred.
