Description: Join the MuleSoft Global Delivery Center (GDC) team at Salesforce, where we deliver innovative solutions across all technologies and industries. As a Technical Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring our elite team members while enabling customers to leverage MuleSoft technology effectively. You'll establish yourself as a subject-matter expert, driving innovation in the integration services industry.

What you'll achieve:

• Within 3 months: Participate in MuleSoft training, shadow seasoned architects, and start executing MuleSoft implementations.

• Within 12 months: Lead technical teams, evangelize best practices, identify opportunities for expansion, and drive partnerships. Mentor team members, lead technical workshops, and contribute to product direction.

Requirements for success:

• 12+ years of experience in leading integration teams and architecting solutions.

• Demonstrated expertise in architecting services integrations with MuleSoft or similar solutions, API management, and packaged COTS solutions.

• Experience managing multiple technical integration projects simultaneously and leading diverse technical teams.

• Strong knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and best practices.

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, SIs, contractors, and internal teams.
