Binary Semantics Ltd. is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Executive, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our projects adhere to the best software development practices and established methods. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining the consistency of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the implementation of ISMS and QMS policies for employees and associated organizations
- Conducting internal audits to assess compliance with ISMS and QMS standards
- Performing management reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of our ISMS and QMS
- Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines
- Providing training and support to employees on ISMS and QMS requirements
- Participating in external audits and certifications
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MCA
- 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
